We are looking for:
An accountmanager e-commerce. As Accountmanager E-Commerce (DACH), you will be responsible for the account management of our online customers and marketplaces in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These are webshops such as Westwing and Amazon. You will also look for potential new online partners (German-speaking webshops/marketplaces). With your substantive knowledge and positive energy, you know how to convince customers that we are the right partner. You maintain the relationships you have built up and let them grow into valuable partners, ensuring that our products are presented top-notch in their online webshops. You proactively inform them about new collections, marketing campaigns and actions. You ensure that the processes run smoothly and are well-coordinated with the customer, from creating new articles in their systems to the delivery. You keep them informed of (new) possibilities in our B2B portal and are their first point of contact in terms of automation. You know how to engage customers and invite them to visit our showroom in Hoorn. You work accurately, always have an overview and know how to set the right priorities without losing sight of the interests of the organisation and the customer. You are part of the (online) sales team and work closely with the other accountmanagers.

- optimisation of customer processes
- participation in trade fairs and follow-up - working out offers, calling interested customers, scheduling visiting appointments
- proactively informing customers about new collections, marketing campaigns and the new possibilities in the B2B portal
- reviewing own site content and making improvement proposals
What do you bring:
- completed HBO education
- several years of experience in accountmanagement
- excellent writing and language skills in Dutch, German and English. Native German is an advantage
- a solution-oriented and accurate attitude
- a keen eye for commerce
- good knowledge of Office

Application procedure

2. Invitation by phone
If you are interested, one of our HR managers will call you to make an appointment.
3. First interview
If you are invited for an initial interview, the manager of the relevant department will tell you more about the position together with the HR manager.
4. Second interview
If we are both enthusiastic, a second interview with a manager and a direct colleague follows. Depending on the position, a case may be presented or an online assessment may follow.
5. Contract proposal
You will receive a contract proposal from our HR manager.
6. Employed
When we have come to an agreement you will be warmly welcomed by your new colleagues!
