About this department
At our customer service departments of Basiclabel.nl and De Eekhoorn our colleagues go to extra mile to put a smile on the face of our customers. At this department we support customers in various ways; for example, we give housing advice, we answer 1001 questions and we solve problems as quickly as possible. We help customers in the best way possible through our chat, on the phone or by email.
We have an amazing team in this department to manage this entire process. It is a enthusiastic department with great colleagues. Everyone is interested in each other and of course also in our customers whom whe love to talk to. Due to the various activities, the department is a versatile department where customer satisfaction is paramount. The happy reactions that the department receives from customers after giving a solution are worth their weight in gold!
