The HR department involves employees at De Eekhoorn. Together we ensure an open and collegial culture in which customer focus, entrepreneurship, ambition and own initiative are self-evident. You are in contact with the HR department during the recruitment process. Even after you have been hired, you are in regular contact with HR, for example during the evaluation interviews during the first year. But you can also contact HR for other matters. Think of questions about your employment contract, the number of working hours per week, different types of leave, advice about your development and of course for a listening ear. We'll see if you're in the right place so that you can get the best out of yourself.
