Since 2020, De Eekhoorn Experience Center has opened its doors on the outskirts of Hoorn. The Experience Center is an inspiring environment brimming with living inspiration. In the beautifully furnished style studios, you can discover the latest trends in interior design. Among others, you will discover the latest collections of the brands WOOOD, vtwonen, BePureHome, Exotan and Basiclabel. The Squirrel Experience Centre is open every weekend.

The concept of De Eekhoorn Dutch Furniture is clear and simple: designing tough, contemporary, easy-to-assemble and attractive furniture. With our brands WOOOD, BePureHome, vtwonen and Exotan, we sell our items in more than 50 countries and 1,500 outlets around the world. With over 200 employees, De Eekhoorn Dutch Furniture and Basiclabel has specialised in developing, producing and distributing interior products for DIY stores, department stores, furniture specialty shops and online retailers in Europe for over 40 years. The culture within the organisation fits that of a real family business: no-nonsense, dynamic and with a flat organisational structure. More than 30% of our collection is produced in our own factory in Zwaagdijk-Oost, and to realise further growth, we have built a new head office with distribution centre and Experience Centre on the motorway in Hoorn in 2020.
