More than 30% of our collection is manufactured in our own factory in Zwaagdijk-Oost, and our headquarters, including distribution center and showroom, is conveniently located along the highway in Hoorn.

About the position
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for carrying out the complete HR process. You will work closely with the HR Officer and share tasks together. As an HR Advisor you will be engaged at strategic and tactical levels but you will also be expected to have a hands-on mentality to take on day-to-day tasks. In this position you will be responsible for HR related matters such as inflow, flow and outflow of staff, absence coordination, improving and implementing HR processes and informing and advising the board and management team.
 
What are your tasks?
  • You translate strategic objectives into a pragmatic approach;
  • You advise executives and management on various HR topics;
  • You take the lead, execute and implement various HR projects that contribute to our growth and development. (including Performance Management, Personal Development Plans);
  • You foster a culture where employees feel engaged and collaborative and develop programs that strengthen collaboration and engagement within teams;
  • You are responsible for Contract Management and Compliance;
  • You are able to communicate at various levels between employee, management and external parties;
  • You are responsible for recruitment and selection;
  • You support the HR officer on operational matters;
  • You are case manager for absenteeism;
  • You analyze the available HR data and use it to monitor and implement improvements.
What do we ask of you?
  • A focused HBO (P&O) education and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have a positive attitude and are naturally motivated to work in a team;
  • Excellent communication skills, you are visible and approachable;
  • You are strong in drawing up policy and translating laws and regulations into work processes, procedures and internal agreements;
  • You are completely at home with laws and regulations;
  • Knowledge of AFAS and Dyflexis is an advantage;
  • You have an analytical mind;
  • You are an energetic worker.

3. First interview

If you are invited for an initial interview, the manager of the relevant department will tell you more about the position together with the HR manager.

4. Second interview

If we are both enthusiastic, a second interview with a manager and a direct colleague follows. Depending on the position, a case may be presented or an online assessment may follow.

5. Contract proposal

You will receive a contract proposal from our HR manager.

6. Employed

When we have come to an agreement you will be warmly welcomed by your new colleagues!
