We are looking for a Key Accountmanager Netherlands. As Key Accountmanager you will make an important contribution to the growth of our company. You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and achieving the targets. You make plans to achieve the ambitious goals and put together the assortment and ensure proper presentation and resale. Of course you will ensure an excellent relationship with our partners. You are familiar with the online, physical and omnichannel sales channels and dynamics and know what is going on in the industry and get to know important stakeholders. You also know your numbers, know how to convince and are aware of what the competition is doing. You also work closely with your sales and marketing colleagues, the product development team and support departments.
You are often on the road but also know how to make optimal use of our Experience Centre in Hoorn where our entire collection is on display. As Key Accountmanager you report to the commercial director.

What we ask:
- Ambitious, energetic and driven personality.
- Neat and considerate. Knows how to win people over.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, numerical and systematic.
- Solution-oriented. Gets things done!
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the field.
- Living in the middle of the Netherlands.
- Experience in the interior industry is an advantage.

Application procedure

Respond online to our vacancy with a good motivation and a clear CV. When assessing the applications, we not only look at relevant work experience, but also at motivation.
2. Invitation by phone
If you are interested, one of our HR managers will call you to make an appointment.
3. First interview
If you are invited for an initial interview, the manager of the relevant department will tell you more about the position together with the HR manager.
4. Second interview
If we are both enthusiastic, a second interview with a manager and a direct colleague follows. Depending on the position, a case may be presented or an online assessment may follow.
5. Contract proposal
You will receive a contract proposal from our HR manager.
6. Employed
When we have come to an agreement you will be warmly welcomed by your new colleagues!
