We are looking for:
We are looking for a customer service representative for a minimum of 30 hours per week. As a customer service representative, you will ensure that the administrative handling of order processing, after sales runs correctly and in an organized manner. You are open to questions, comments and complaints from our customers and handle them quickly and satisfactorily. You monitor the execution of agreements made.
Core activities order
- Carrying out administrative and support activities related to order administration.
- Preparing picking lists.
- Processing the daily incoming orders.
- Contacting customers by phone and e-mail.
- Handling the resulting actions:
- Properly handling order questions, comments and complaints from our customers.
- Identifying and reporting repetitive complaints.
Service core activities
- Performing administrative and support activities related to after sales.
- Contacting customers by phone and e-mail.

- Proper handling of service questions, comments and complaints from our customers.
- Identifying and reporting repetitive complaints.
Can you:
- Move quickly
- Set priorities
- Put yourself in the customer's shoes
Do you have:
- An accurate and independent work attitude in which you keep an overview and do not lose sight of priorities
- Excellent writing and language skills in Dutch (English is an advantage)
- At least a completed MBO education
- At least two years experience in a similar position
- Room experience with Office (Exact is an advantage)
- Affinity with furniture and accessories
