We are looking for a Sales Support intern!
From February 2025, we have an internship position available for an HBO student. This is an internship in the Sales department.
You will work closely with our account managers and all other departments to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and turnover. This includes administrative tasks such as maintaining the sales mailbox and the phone, where both Dutch and foreign customers are contacted. Do you like a challenge? You may try to find new sales channels and approach these potential candidates. In addition, you ensure optimal follow-up of leads resulting from trade fairs, website registration or visits to our Experience Center. You work accurately, maintain an overview and know how to set the right priorities without losing sight of the interests of the organisation and the customer.
Core activities:
- Maintain sales mailbox and phone (in Dutch & English);
- Support in connecting new customers and processes;
- Follow-up of trade fairs/customer visits;
- Maintaining the CRM system for new and existing customers;
- Search for potential customers on the internet;
- Perform acquisition with these potential customers;
- Receiving customers in the Experience Centre (national and international);
- Administrative tasks such as listing customers in our system and online portal;
- Various unloading tasks that come in between.
