We are looking for a Business Developer E-commerce. In this position, you are responsible for managing and optimising existing tools and SaaS partners that contribute to better and more efficient processes, both internally and in cooperation with customers. You also research potential new tools and SaaS partners. In doing so, you act as project manager and are the first internal + external point of contact. You are also responsible for planning and meeting the set deadlines. 
Concrete examples of tools/SaaS partners are a PIM system, DAM system, Dynamic Pricing tooling, Marketplace Integrators, feed management tools, a CRM system and API / EDI links with customers and partners. You are also involved in compiling and optimising reports via dashboards such as PowerBI. 
You have experience with technical projects in e-commerce, are pro-active and have a keen eye for commercial opportunities. You also have good analytical skills and are a critical thinker. You enjoy building beautiful (new) projects and are an energetic and enthusiastic type. You also have excellent professional writing and language skills in Dutch and English. 
You work closely together with colleagues from IT, (online) sales, marketplaces and (online) marketing and report to the Head of E-Commerce. 
 
Core activities:
  • Manage and optimise existing tools and SaaS partners based on developments in the market.
  • Researching and connecting potential new tools and SaaS partners.
  • Internal and external point of contact for relevant tools and SaaS partners.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to embrace the (new) tools and SaaS partners.
  • Planning and prioritising optimisations in collaboration with stakeholders (IT, Sales, E-commerce, external partners).
What do you bring:
  • Education at HBO - WO level.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Technically proficient with a keen eye for commercial opportunities.
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
  • A solution-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic and energetic attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Office, BI tools, SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent professional writing and language skills in Dutch and English.
  • Independent working attitude, but also capable of working well in a team.
