Your role
As Purchasing Assistant, you are an important link within our development team. You support the entire purchasing process and ensure that our collections are set up and managed flawlessly. You have contact with suppliers from China, India and Poland, among others, and ensure that the right product data are requested and processed in time. In addition, you are responsible for entering and enriching articles in our systems and act as the first point of contact for internal questions about the collection. You are also responsible for the layout of manuals and packaging labels, so that our products are marketed with the correct information.
Your role

Your responsibilities

- Act as internal point of contact for questions about the collection.
- Supporting the creation of manuals and packaging labels.
- Collaborating with the development team to create a successful collection.
What we are looking for
- A precise and structured worker with an eye for detail.
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial or administrative direction.
- Affinity with purchasing and product development.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Experience with administrative systems and Excel is an advantage.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.

3. First interview
If you are invited for an initial interview, the manager of the relevant department will tell you more about the position together with the HR manager.
4. Second interview
If we are both enthusiastic, a second interview with a manager and a direct colleague follows. Depending on the position, a case may be presented or an online assessment may follow.
5. Contract proposal
You will receive a contract proposal from our HR manager.
6. Employed
When we have come to an agreement you will be warmly welcomed by your new colleagues!
